SENES Consultants Limited, an employee-owned, environmental consulting firm, is seeking an environmental engineer or scientist for its Richmond Hill, ON office to be involved in developing Environmental Management Systems, developing and delivering environmental training programs and completing EMS/compliance audits.
To qualify, you will have demonstrated leadership skills combined with technical knowledge and experience in industrial processes. Minimum qualifications include a bachelors degree in engineering, science or related discipline, 5 to 10 years of experience in EMS development and EMS/compliance auditing, and certification (or ability to be certified) as an EMS auditor/lead auditor by RAB or CEAA.
Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills are essential. A working knowledge of laws and regulations regarding air, water solid waste, chemical management and hazardous materials is highly desirable.
